1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Chain Hub platform ("Platform"), including the website, APIs, and any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.
2. About Chain Hub
Chain Hub is a non-custodial, multi-chain DEX aggregator platform that aggregates third-party decentralized exchange (DEX) and bridging service providers through a unified interface. The Platform facilitates token swaps and cross-chain transactions by routing orders through various liquidity sources to provide users with optimal swap rates. Chain Hub does not hold, control, or custody user funds at any point during the transaction process.
3. Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
- You are not a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where the use of the Services is prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
- You are not subject to any economic sanctions, trade embargoes, or designated on any prohibited or restricted party lists maintained by any government authority.
- Your use of the Services complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
4. Non-Custodial Nature of Services
Chain Hub is a non-custodial platform. At no point does Chain Hub take custody, possession, or control of your digital assets. All transactions are executed directly on the respective blockchains via smart contracts provided by third-party DEXs, bridges, and liquidity providers. You are solely responsible for the security and management of your private keys, wallet credentials, and digital assets.
5. Third-Party Services
The Platform aggregates and routes transactions through third-party decentralized exchanges, bridges, and liquidity providers. Chain Hub does not control or operate these third-party protocols and smart contracts. We make no representations or warranties regarding the security, reliability, or performance of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services through our Platform is at your own risk and subject to the respective terms and conditions of those third-party providers.
6. User Responsibilities
When using the Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when interacting with the Platform.
- Verify all transaction details including destination addresses, token amounts, and network selection before confirming any transaction.
- Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys. Chain Hub will never ask for your private keys or seed phrases.
- Be responsible for all gas fees, network fees, and any other blockchain transaction costs incurred during the use of the Services.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
7. Prohibited Activities
You shall not use the Services to:
- Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of illicit financial activity.
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or sanctions programs.
- Facilitate fraud, deception, or any criminal activity.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's infrastructure.
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Services in a manner that degrades performance or availability for other users.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or access controls implemented by the Platform.
- Manipulate or attempt to manipulate token prices, markets, or swap routes.
8. Transaction Risks & Disclaimers
You acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Price Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile. The quoted swap rate may differ from the actual execution rate due to market fluctuations, slippage, and network congestion.
- Slippage: Swap transactions may be subject to slippage. The actual amount of tokens received may be less than the quoted amount.
- Transaction Finality: Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Chain Hub cannot reverse, cancel, or refund completed transactions.
- Smart Contract Risk: Third-party smart contracts used by the Platform may contain vulnerabilities or bugs. Chain Hub is not responsible for losses arising from smart contract failures.
- Network Congestion: Blockchain network congestion may cause delays or transaction failures. Chain Hub is not responsible for failed transactions due to network conditions.
- Cross-Chain Risk: Cross-chain (bridge) transactions carry additional risks including but not limited to bridge failures, delays, and potential loss of funds.
- Incorrect Addresses/Networks: Sending tokens to an incorrect address or on the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds. Chain Hub cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses.
9. Fees
Chain Hub may charge a service fee on transactions processed through the Platform. Applicable fees will be displayed transparently before you confirm any transaction. In addition to Platform fees, you are responsible for all blockchain gas fees and network transaction costs. Fee structures are subject to change, and any changes will be reflected in the Platform interface before transaction confirmation.
10. Refund Policy
Due to the decentralized and non-custodial nature of the Services, Chain Hub generally does not process refunds. Blockchain transactions, once confirmed, are irreversible. Chain Hub is not liable for losses resulting from:
- Sending digital assets to an incorrect address or on the wrong network.
- Sending digital assets different from those specified in the transaction.
- Transactions executed with expired or invalid token contracts.
- Failure to include required transaction memos, tags, or destination identifiers.
- User error in confirming transaction details.
In exceptional circumstances where funds may be recoverable, Chain Hub will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis but makes no guarantees of recovery.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
16. Modifications to Terms
Chain Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
